Time Away to Regroup.....

Things have become quite a flurry at the Cottage for a while now, and as of late, it doesn't appear to be settling....if anything, it has become at least a catagory 4 whirlwind. I will be taking some time off here to rest in the eye of the storm and in the Lord's favor. The Great Cloud is lifting and we must follow it...........><>

Got snowed in with these three characters known as Naomi, Isaiah, & Elisha this past weekend...and we made the best of the time making Christmas cookies. Absolutely priceless!

These are the most delicious butter cookies I've ever tasted!

What Do You Collect?

I was recently asked the question, "So, what do you collect? Surely you collect something?" "Uh....no. I never got into collecting anything" was my response. "Clutter makes me nervous and confused if I try to work around it." "Well....surely you must have a house just full of your dolls!" my inquisitor pressed. "Well...yes and no," I smiled as I thought yes, Nanny, you DO collect! "I have a few of my handmades, but my real collection is the grouping I call Grandchildren. A most priceless thing to collect!"

And when they all come to Nanny's Cottage, it surely is a full house! What can I say? The nest is Blessed! :)
